    Moderation
    Although we may moderate posts, we can only do so superficially. Perfection in moderation is not possible, and is not to be expected.

    Miscellaneous
    13 Years Old or Older
    You agree that you are older than 13 years old. Boords.com and all its forums are only for those 13 years of age and older. By joining Boords.com or any of its forums you are representing that you are 13 years of age or older.

    Pay Our Legal Expenses

    You agree to be responsible for paying legal expenses if you lose a legal action against Boords.com, its owners, employees, workers, moderators, or volunteers, including attorney’s fees, court costs, and other expenses.

    Contract Interpreted in our Favor

    If any portion of this document is unclear, you agree that the writer of this document should be asked their interpretation, which should have priority, when it comes to any lawsuit, legal action, or arbitration.

    Other Countries

    Persons from outside the USA must agree to the terms and guidelines as well to the fullest extent possible allowed by their geographic location.

    Force Majeure

    Boords.com, its owners, employees, workers, moderators, or volunteers cannot be responsible for an extraordinary event, or circumstance beyond our control, or war, strike, riot, crime, or an act of God, or a natural disaster, such as a hurricane, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, or anything unsuspected or unanticipated.

    Severability

    If any part of these Terms of Service are deemed impossible to enforce or invalid, the rest of the Terms of Service are not affected. Invalidity or unenforceability of one or more sections does not render the entire contract invalid. The remaining portions remain valid. You many not use an invalid clause to challenge the entire Terms of Service.

    If you see a clause in the Terms of Service that appears to be problematic please report it to us within 10 days of joining Boords.com or any of its forums.

    Clarification

    If you do not understand any of this contract, please contact us for clarification within 10 days of joining Boords.com

    Hold Harmless

    You agree not to authorize or encourage any third party to use Boords.com or any of its hosted forums to facilitate any of the prohibited conduct already discussed. By participating on Boords.com or any of its hosted forums, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boords.com, its owner(s), employees, freelancers, workers, moderators, volunteers, or other management affiliated parties.

    You agree that you are responsible for reviewing and knowing all the Legal Notices posted about Boords.com and its hosted forums, and for reviewing them all periodically for updates.

    Altered or Updated at Any Time
    Boords.com reserves the right to change, at any time, at our sole discretion, the Terms under which Boords.com and all its forums operate, and are offered to you. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service (at least monthly). You agree that your continued use of Boords.com or any of its hosted forums constitutes you agreement to all such Terms of Service and their revisions.
