Isn't the entire Tea Party movement about changing the world one person at a time? It's a grassroots movement of fed up individuals.

that depends on how you perceive it, and whether you're a party inside and outsider. That's two totally different worlds, two faces on the same coin. What is being cooked within the movement may or may not necessarily reflect on what people would really want to know and listen to.
